The invention relates to the technical field of concrete prefabricated box girder hoisting, in particular to a mounting tool for a full-hole prefabricated box girder hoisting lifting appliance and a using method thereof. The mounting tool for the full-hole prefabricated box girder hoisting lifting appliance comprises a cushion block assembly which is arranged on the outer side of the end, located in an inner cavity of a box girder, of a hoisting stud in a sleeved mode; a stop gasket assembly which is used for limiting the position of the cushion block assembly, and the stop gasket assembly is matched with the hoisting stud in an inserting manner; and a locking component which is arranged on the side, deviating from the top of the box girder, of the stop gasket assembly and is used for being in threaded connection with the hoisting stud. According to the device provided by the invention, after the cushion block assembly is matched with the hoisting stud, the stop gasket assembly is arranged, the cushion block assembly is limited, the cushion block assembly is effectively prevented from being separated from the hoisting stud, the installation safety of the cushion block assembly is improved, through the limiting effect of the stop gasket assembly on the cushion block assembly, the labor cost is effectively reduced, and the installation efficiency of the cushion block assembly and the locking component is improved.
