The invention provides a full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device, and relates to hoisting equipment. The full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device comprises a main body, a magnet set and a transmission structure, wherein the main body comprises a cavity, a mandrel is horizontally arranged in the cavity, and a first magnet is arranged on the mandrel; the magnet set comprises a second magnet and a third magnet, the second magnet and the third magnet are arranged below the mandrel at an interval, and the same poles of the second magnet and the third magnet are arranged oppositely; and the transmission structure drives the mandrel to rotate at a specific angle. The full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device comprises a first state and a second state, the full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device is used for sucking materials in the first state, and the full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device is used for discharging materials in the second state. According to the full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device, the mandrel is rotated to control the mandrel and a magnetic circuit of the magnet set to be turned on or turned off, and then the on-off of a magnetic wire is controlled to achieve the purposes of sucking materials and discharging materials; and the full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device can work by utilizing magnetic force, and compared with traditional magnetic circuit control hoisting equipment, the full-automatic permanent magnet suction lifting device has the advantages of being accurate in action, small in size, stable in movement and low in cost.

    本发明提供了一种全自动永磁吸吊器,涉及起重设备,主体,包括腔体,腔体内设置水平设置有芯轴,芯轴上设置有第一磁体;磁体组,包括第二磁体和第三磁体,第二磁体和第三磁体间隔的设置在芯轴的下方,第二磁体和第三磁体的同极相向设置;传动结构,驱动芯轴以特定的角度进行转动;全自动永磁吸吊器包括第一状态和第二状态,第一状态时用以吸料,第二状态时用以放料,本发明通过转动芯轴控制芯轴与磁体组的磁路形成闭合或者断开,进而控制磁导线的通断以实现吸料、放料的目的,能够利用磁力进行工作,相较于传统的磁路控制起吊设备,具有动作精准、体积小、运动平稳、成本低的优点。
