The invention relates to the field of new energy vehicles and particularly discloses a rapid new energy vehicle battery replacing device. The device comprises a vehicle body and a battery replacing pile, wherein a battery cavity is formed in the vehicle body, a battery is installed in the battery cavity, a connecting opening is formed in the side wall of the battery cavity, a vertically-arranged rotating shaft is rotationally connected into the battery replacing pile, and a mounting seat is fixed to a top end of the rotating shaft; a connecting telescopic arm in the horizontal direction is arranged on the mounting seat; a connecting seat is arranged between the connecting telescopic arm and the vehicle body, and the connecting seat is horizontally and rotatably connected to the mounting seat; the connecting seat is provided with a plurality of battery positions which are distributed in a circular array, and the connecting telescopic arm is coaxial with one of the battery positions; and a supporting pipeline is arranged between the connecting seat and the vehicle body and comprises a plurality of telescopic supporting rods distributed in a rectangular array mode. The device is advantaged in that a problem that under the condition that the positions of the vehicle and the battery replacement pile are not aligned, the battery replacement pile cannot normally replace the battery is solved.
