The invention discloses an ultralow-height heavy lifting RGV system. The system comprises a chassis, an advancing system, a power system and a lifting system; advancing frames are arranged on the two sides of the chassis, the advancing system and the lifting system are arranged on the advancing frames, the power system is in driving connection with the advancing system, a driving pump of the chassis is in driving connection with the lifting system, and the power system comprises a hydraulic motor, a mounting frame and a transmission shaft; the mounting frame is arranged on the chassis, the hydraulic motor is mounted on the mounting frame, the transmission shaft is arranged on the mounting frame in a penetrating mode, the hydraulic motor is in driving connection with the transmission shaft through a chain, the two ends of the transmission shaft are connected with couplings, and the couplings are in power connection with the advancing system. The hydraulic motor is used for driving advancing wheels, so that the structural height of the whole power system is greatly reduced; a driving wheel and a driven wheel on one side are arranged to be of single-rim structures, and a driving wheel and a driven wheel on the other side are arranged to be of double-rim structures, so that the jamming condition is reduced, and stable traveling is also considered.

    本发明公开了一种超低高度重型升降RGV系统,包括底盘、行进系统、动力系统和升降系统;所述底盘两侧设有行进架,所述行进系统和升降系统设于行进架,所述动力系统驱动连接于行进系统,所述底盘的驱动泵驱动连接于升降系统,所述动力系统包括液压马达、安装架和传动轴;所述安装架设于底盘,所述液压马达安装于安装架,所述传动轴穿插设于安装架,所述液压马达通过链条驱动连接于传动轴,所述传动轴两端连接有联轴器,所述联轴器动力连接于行进系统;采用液压马达驱动行进轮,使整个动力系统的结构高度大幅下降;将一侧的主动轮和从动轮设为单轮缘结构,另一侧的主动轮和从动轮设为双轮缘结构,减少卡死情况的发生,又兼顾了稳定行驶。
