When the push rods guarantee that the rubber buffer block is stable in structure, a sealing plate is pushed to move downwards, too, air at the bottom of the rubber buffer plate is extruded and contracted, a high-pressure gas rushes into an air suction ring, the air suction ring expands, the downward movement speed of a telescopic rod is reduced, and the buffer effect is improved, so that the problems that a traditional lifting mechanism is not internally provided with a buffer mechanism, and equipment is prone to being damaged are solved.
