The invention discloses an efficient expansion type heat pipe radiation radiator, and belongs to the technical field of satellite thermal control. The problem that an existing high-power communication satellite and an existing microsatellite are insufficient in heat dissipation capacity is solved. One end of a base radiation heat dissipation plate is connected with one end of the unfolded radiation heat dissipation plate through two rotary connecting pieces, relative unfolding between the base radiation heat dissipation plate and the unfolded radiation heat dissipation plate is achieved through the rotary connecting pieces, and each radiation heat dissipation plate comprises a honeycomb plate and an embedded heat pipe embedded in the honeycomb plate. The surface of each radiation heat dissipation plate is coated with a thermal control coating, the flexible heat conduction cable is arranged between the base radiation heat dissipation plate and the unfolded radiation heat dissipation plate in a connected mode, and heat is conducted to the unfolded radiation heat dissipation plate from the base radiation heat dissipation plate through the flexible heat conduction cable. Through the flexible heat conduction cable, efficient heat transmission between the two heat dissipation plates can be achieved. The embedded heat pipes are embedded in the honeycomb plate, so that the ultimate heat dissipation capability of the satellite can be further improved.
