The invention discloses an investigation, positioning and lifesaving integrated unmanned aerial vehicle and a rescue method thereof.A main control board of the unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged in a vehicle body, a GPS module is arranged on the main control board, and the main control board is connected with a ground command center through a wireless network; the inflatable life buoy is arranged at the top of the vehicle body. the photoelectric pod is arranged on the lower portion of the vehicle body, a propelling device is arranged on the vehicle body, and the vehicle body, the inflatable life buoy, the propelling device and the photoelectric pod are all of waterproof sealing structures. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a drowning person exists or not according to a water area photo; calculating the coordinates of the drowning person; enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to land near the drowning person; enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to run on the water and get close to the drowning person; and enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to transport the drowning person to the shore. The problem that an existing water area rescue means is low in rescue efficiency is solved. According to the invention, the drowning person can be found and positioned in the shortest time, and the drowning person is comveryed to the shore, so that efficient and timely rescue is realized.
