A steering column with a lightweight supporting structure, disclosed in the invention, comprises an aluminum support, a left and right side plate welding assembly and an air cylinder assembly, one side of the aluminum support is connected with a right adjusting plate welding screw sub-assembly through a hexagon-headed bolt, and the other side of the aluminum support is connected with a left adjusting plate welding screw sub-assembly through a hexagon-headed bolt. The hexagon head bolt is provided with a gasket at the lower end of the right adjusting plate welding screw subassembly, and the lower end of the gasket is provided with a non-metal insert hexagon locking nut. The aluminum support, the right adjusting plate welding screw sub-assembly, the left adjusting plate welding screw sub-assembly and the left and right side plate welding assembly are modularly assembled, later installation and maintenance are facilitated, aluminum alloy is used for replacing common steel, the strength is improved, meanwhile, the load is reduced, the air cylinder assembly is matched with long bolts and the left and right plate welding assembly, and the aluminum support can be quickly loosened and locked, so that the adjustment convenience of the aluminum support is improved.
本发明公开了一种具有轻量化支撑结构的转向管柱,包括铝支架、左右侧板焊接总成、气缸总成,铝支架一侧通过六角头螺栓连接右调节板焊接螺钉分总成,铝支架另一侧通过六角头螺栓连接左调节板焊接螺钉分总成,六角头螺栓位于右调节板焊接螺钉分总成下端设置有垫圈,垫圈下端设置有非金属嵌件六角锁紧螺母。本发明利用铝支架、右调节板焊接螺钉分总成、左调节板焊接螺钉分总成、左右侧板焊接总成的模块化组装,方便后期的安装和维护,并且利用铝合金替代常见钢材,提高强度同时减轻负重,利用气缸总成配合长螺栓和左右侧板焊接总成,使得能快速松开和锁紧调节铝支架的调节方式,从而提高铝支架的调节方便性。
