The invention discloses an intelligent power swap control method and system for an electric truck, and relates to the field of a new energy vehicle and the method comprises the steps that based on a CAN bus communication mode, a vehicle to be subjected to power swap obtains VIN code information and battery information of the vehicle; after the vehicle to be subjected to power swap is driven into the power swap station, wireless communication connection is automatically established between the vehicle to be subjected to power swap and the power swap station; based on the established wireless communication connection, the vehicle to be subjected to power swap sends VIN code information and battery information of the vehicle to be subjected to power swap to the power swap station; the power swap station receives the VIN code information and compares the received VIN code information with the VIN code information stored in the power swap station; and based on the comparison result, when the vehicle to be subjected to power swap is the target power swap vehicle, the power swap station performs battery replacement operation on the vehicle to be subjected to power swap based on the received battery information. According to the invention, while parameter information errors are avoided, the whole power swap speed is also improved, and the power swap process does not need labor cost.

    本发明公开了一种电动卡车智能换电控制方法及系统,涉及新能源汽车领域,该方法包括基于CAN总线通讯方式,待换电车辆获取自身的VIN码信息和电池信息;当待换电车辆驶入换电站后,待换电车辆与换电站间自动建立无线通讯连接;基于建立的无线通讯连接,待换电车辆将自身的VIN码信息和电池信息发送至换电站;换电站接收VIN码信息,并将接收的VIN码信息与自身存储的VIN码信息进行比对;基于比对结果,当待换电车辆为目标换电车辆时,换电站基于接收的电池信息对待换电车辆进行换电操作。本发明避免参数信息出错的同时,也提升了整个换电速度,且换电过程无需人工成本。
