The invention provides a vehicle charging fault processing method, a vehicle data terminal and a monitoring platform. The method comprises the steps: obtaining the position and fault data of a charging pile at a current moment when a fault occurs in a vehicle charging stage, and transmitting the position and fault data of the charging pile to the monitoring platform; receiving a fault data analysis result obtained by analyzing the position and fault data of the charging pile by the monitoring platform; when it is determined that the fault data analysis result is that the charging pile has a charging fault, obtaining the remaining driving mileage information of the vehicle and sending the information to the monitoring platform; and receiving a charging pile fault solution generated by the monitoring platform according to the remaining driving mileage information of the vehicle. According to the scheme, the charging plan is provided for the user when it is determined that the charging pile breaks down, the problem that the user charging experience is poor due to the fact that charging pile equipment breaks down is reduced, and time waste caused by the charging pile faults is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供了一种车辆充电故障处理方法、车辆数据终端及监控平台,该车辆充电故障处理方法包括:车辆充电阶段发生故障时,获取当前时刻充电桩的位置和故障数据,并将所述充电桩的位置和故障数据发送至监控平台;接收所述监控平台对分析所述充电桩的位置和故障数据进行分析得到的故障数据分析结果;确定所述故障数据分析结果为充电桩发生充电故障时,获取所述车辆的剩余续驶里程信息,并发送给所述监控平台;接收所述监控平台根据所述车辆的剩余续驶里程信息生成的充电桩故障解决方案。本发明的方案在确定充电桩发生故障时给用户提供充电规划,减少了因充电桩设备出现故障引起的用户充电体验差的问题发生,极大地降低了充电桩故障导致的时间浪费。
