The invention provides an electric vehicle charger with a rotary clamping disconnecting link and belongs to the technical field of charging. The electric vehicle charger is composed of a trolley body, a cable roller 20, a rotary clamping disconnecting link 1 and a charger 13. A cable roller 20 and a rotary clamping knife switch 1 are coaxially connected in series and are arranged on a trolley roller seat 14. The charger 13 is arranged at the carriage bottom 11 of the trolley. The rotary clamp disconnecting link 1 is composed of two knife bodies 7 and two rotary clamps 3. And the cutter body 7 is hinged to the roller seat 14. Each rotary clamp 3 is provided with two back-to-back elastic conductive clamping pieces, and a through shaft 4 is fixedly installed through an insulation paper clamping hub. The cutter body 7 is connected with the charger through a wire. A load end 2 of a double-core cable 17 wound on the cable roller 20 is respectively connected with the two rotary clamps 3. During charging, the charging vehicle is pushed to a vehicle charging port, and a charging wire of the charger is connected with a vehicle battery. The double-core cable 17 is pulled out to a nearby single-phase socket, a single-phase bolt 16 is inserted into the socket, and charging can be performed after the rotary clamping disconnecting link 1 is closed. The electric vehicle charger realizes the mobile charging for electric vehicles and is suitable for a parking lot where a large number of vehicle are parked.

    充电机的充电部分同现行充电桩的充电部分。外壳为正六面壳体。有旋夹刀闸的电动汽车充电机属于充电技术领域。由手推车、电缆辊20、旋夹刀闸1、充电机13组成。电缆辊20、旋夹刀闸1同轴串联,装于手推车辊座14。充电机13装于手推车厢底11。旋夹刀闸1由俩刀体7、俩旋夹3组成。刀体7绞连于辊座14。旋夹3有两片背靠背弹性导电夹片,经绝缘纸夹榖固装通轴4。刀体7经导线与充电机相连。电缆辊20缠的双芯电缆17的负荷端2分别与俩旋夹3相连。充电时,充电车推至汽车充电口,充电机的充电线与汽车电池相连。拉出双芯电缆17至附近的单相插座,单相插销16插入插座,合上旋夹刀闸1便可充电。实现了充电机找车的流动充电,适用停放大量汽车的停车场。
