The invention discloses a braking mechanism, a braking device and anchoring equipment. The braking mechanism comprises a force application part, an adjusting part, a transmission part and a base, and the force application part is used for applying force during braking; the adjusting part is used for adjusting a hydraulic pump to provide different braking forces; one end of the transmission part is connected with the force application part, and the other end of the transmission part is connected with the adjusting part; the base is provided with a locking part, the force application part, the adjusting part and the transmission part are all connected with the base, and the locking part is used for locking the force application part to be located at different positions. The force application part drives the transmission part to rotate around a rotating part, so that the adjusting part drives the hydraulic pump to provide different braking forces, the braking force requirements of different environments are met, and the situation that single braking force causes the fluctuation of anchoring equipment and damages a captive balloon is avoided.
