The invention discloses an electrified dual-power control method for a mining truck. The invention belongs to the technical field of mining truck power control. A software control program (1) is used for managing a vehicle control unit (VCU) (2) and an energy management system (EMS) (3), net connecting and net disconnecting of a pantograph (4) are completed without stopping, and the dual-power seamless free switching control method is achieved. According to the specific embodiment, the mining truck (5) driven by a battery adopts the pantograph (4) to introduce direct-current grid electricity, and during net connecting, an EMS (2) manages a modularized DCDC (11) in real time to meet the load of a driving wheel motor (9) and an oil pump (10) and charges a battery pack (12); and the EMS (2) and the DCDC (11) are in a standby state during net disconnecting, and the battery pack (12) independently drives the electric wheels to work. By means of the method, dual-power driving is achieved, and the requirement for continuous operation is met. The operation economy is improved, the ramp operation speed is increased, and therefore productivity is improved.

    本发明公开了一种矿用卡车电气化双动力控制方法。属矿用卡车动力控制技术领域。通过软件控制程序(1),管理整车控制器VCU(2)和能量管理系统EMS(3),实现不停车完成受电弓(4)的触网和脱网,达到双动力无缝自由切换控制的方法。具体实施例是电池驱动的矿用卡车(5),采用受电弓(4)引入直流网电,触网时,EMS(2)实时管理模块化DCDC(11)满足驱动轮电机(9)和油泵(10)负荷,并对电池组(12)充电;脱网时EMS(2)和DCDC(11)处于待机状态,电池组(12)单独驱动电动轮工作。通过上述方法,实现双动力驱动,满足其连续作业的需求。提高了运行经济性、提升坡道运行速度,从而提高生产力。
