The invention relates to the field of lithium batteries, in particular to a low-power-consumption wake-up circuit for a lithium battery protection board. The circuit comprises a software protection board, a protection board power source, a single-chip microcomputer system and a single-chip microcomputer RTC standby power source. In the present invention, considering the system level, low power consumption and wake-up are designed into two levels to address different battery pack states and application requirements. The first-stage state is a dormant state, the second-stage state is a power-off state, when the electric quantity of the battery system is high and the battery system is not used for a period of time, the system can enter the dormant state, at the moment, the single-chip microcomputer controls to turn off an external working module and enter a low-power-consumption mode, and the single-chip microcomputer can wake up and enable the external working module to enter a normal working state after receiving an I/O interrupt signal; and when the power of the battery is lower than 30% and the battery is not used for more than one week, the system enters a power-off state, at the moment, only the DCDC and the wake-up circuit consume power, and the power consumption of the system is reduced to the minimum.
