The invention discloses a complex-oriented parking space level parking demand state evaluation method, which comprises the following steps of: according to an evaluation demand, determining that a research target of a criterion layer is a single target or multiple targets; according to each target in the criterion layer, calculating indexes of the index layer are selected, and the indexes are calculated one by one according to parking spaces; according to the variable type, adopting a corresponding normalization model for calculation; adopting the evaluation model to evaluate the parking space level parking demand state; based on the parking space level evaluation result, evaluating the regional level parking demand state; and according to the regional-level parking demand state evaluation mean value, identifying parking spaces in a low-level state in the region. The method provides support for fine research of the complex parking space level parking demand, and is a new means suitable for evaluating and analyzing the parking space level parking demand state under the background of continuously increasing urban complexes.

    本发明公开了一种面向综合体的车位级停车需求状态评价方法,包括以下步骤:根据评价需求,确定准则层的研究目标为单一目标或多目标;根据准则层中的各目标,选定指标层的计算指标,并依照车位逐一计算各指标;根据变量类型,采取对应的归一化模型,进行计算;采用评价模型对车位级停车需求状态进行评价;基于车位级评价结果,对区域级停车需求状态进行评价;根据区域级停车需求状态评价均值,识别区域中低水平状态停车位。本发明为综合体车位级停车需求的精细化研究提供支撑,是适用于城市综合体不断增加背景下的车位级停车需求状态评价与分析的新手段。
