The invention provides a vibration suppression system for a loading and unloading vehicle and the loading and unloading vehicle, which can effectively reduce, suppress and cancel vibration acting on goods with higher response compared with the prior art. The present invention is provided with: a sensor (21) for detecting a parameter indicating the acceleration in the vertical direction of a loading/unloading work device (6) or a vehicle body of a loading and unloading vehicle; a damping force generation device (23) for acting a damping force for suppressing vibration of the loading and unloading vehicle; and a controller (22) for generating a feedback command provided to the damping force generation device (23) on the basis of a detection value of the sensor (21).
