The invention discloses a large-span container portal crane and a working method thereof. The large-span container portal crane comprises two chassis, lifting mechanisms are fixedly mounted on the chassis; top plates are mounted on the lifting mechanisms; lateral moving mechanisms are slidably mounted on the top plates; and a hoisting mechanism is fixedly mounted between the two lateral moving mechanisms. Through the cooperative design of a gear and a toothed rail, the overall position of the lifting mechanisms, the lateral moving mechanisms and the hoisting mechanism can be adjusted, and the hoisting in a larger range can be met; through the design of limiting air cylinders and limiting blocks on the lifting mechanisms, when the crane hoists, piston rods of the limiting air cylinders can push the limiting blocks, the limiting blocks extrude the inner walls of side box bodies, then extrusion force can be reversely provided for connecting plates, further supporting is provided for the top plates through the connecting plates, and the stability of the whole crane during hoisting is guaranteed; and through the arrangement of negative suckers, it is guaranteed that containers are clamped more stably and prevented from shaking during hoisting.

    本发明公开一种大跨度集装箱门式起重机及其工作方法,包括两个底盘,所述底盘上固定安装有升降机构,所述升降机构上安装有顶板,所述顶板上滑动安装有侧移机构,两个侧移机构之间固定安装有起吊机构。本发明通过齿轮与齿轨的配合设计,可以调节升降机构、侧移机构以及起吊机构的整体位置,可以满足更大范围的起吊,通过升降机构上限位气缸与限位块的设计,在起重机起吊时,限位气缸活塞杆可以推动限位块,限位块对侧箱体内壁进行挤压,进而可以反向对连接板提供挤压力,进而通过连接板为顶板提供进一步支撑,保证起吊时整个起重机的稳定,通过负压吸盘的设置,保证对集装箱的夹持更稳定,防止集装箱在吊取时产生晃动。
