The invention provides an oblique photography topographic surveying and mapping device. The oblique photography topographic surveying and mapping device comprises an aircraft, a shell, an oblique photography module and a driving mechanism, the shell is provided with a containing cavity and an opening communicated with the containing cavity, and the shell is arranged at the bottom of the aircraft; and a door body capable of opening or closing the opening is arranged on the shell. The driving mechanism is connected with the shell or the aircraft, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the oblique photography module to stretch out of the opening when driving the door body to be opened and closing the opening when driving the oblique photography module to retract into the containing cavity. Extension or retraction of the oblique photography module and movement of the door body are in linkage control, control is convenient, adjusting time is shortened, and efficiency is improved.
