The invnetion discloses a novel ship hydraulic steering engine which comprises a base, a rudder blade and a tiller mechanism, the base is formed by welding a plurality of steel channels into a rectangle, the tiller mechanism is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the base, a rudder shaft of the tiller mechanism is fixedly installed in the base through a bearing assembly, and the end of the tiller mechanism is rotationally connected with the output end of a pushing hydraulic cylinder; the tail of the pushing hydraulic cylinder is rotationally connected to the upper surface of the base; and the rudder shaft of the tiller mechanism is also connected with a rudder blade. The rudder blade comprises a main rudder blade body, a long shaft, an auxiliary rudder blade body, a vertical rod A, a connecting piece and a vertical rod B. The main rudder blade body is provided with a plurality of rectangular hollowed-out parts which are arranged from top to bottom and parallel to one another, and the auxiliary rudder blade body used for rotation is arranged in the rectangular hollowed-out parts. By designing the structures of the main rudder blade and the auxiliary rudder blade and matching differential adjustment of the main rudder blade and the auxiliary rudder blade, low-resistance rudder blade adjustment is achieved, the bearing assembly of the rudder shaft is well protected, and the service life of the bearing assembly is prolonged.
