The invention discloses a rear-end collision risk prediction method and system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps of: when calculation of the rear-end collision risk is started, defining the calculation starting time as an initial moment t0 and t0 = 0, and recording the initial driving speed V0 and the initial driving distance S0 = 0 of the vehicle at the storage moment t0 = 0; recording and storing the real-time speed Vt of the vehicle, and recording and storing the accumulative travel St of the vehicle; judging whether T is larger than delta T, and if yes, t '= T-delta T; otherwise, t '= t0 = 0; calculating a first speed difference value delta V1 = Vmax1-VT; judging whether ST is greater than delta S, and if yes, S '= ST-delta S; otherwise, S '= S0 = 0; calculating a second speed difference value delta V2 = Vmax2-V; judging whether the first speed difference value delta V1 is greater than or equal to Va; if yes, determining that the risk is high; otherwise, judging whether the second speed difference value delta V2 is greater than or equal to Vb, and if yes, determining that the risk is relatively high; otherwise, determining that the risk is relatively low. According to the method, all calculation parameters are determined by the vehicle, the risk judgment time is earlier, and the response time of an active safety device, a driver or other vehicles is longer.

    本发明公开一种被追尾碰撞风险预测方法、系统和车辆,步骤包括:被追尾碰撞风险计算开始时,定义计算开始时为初始时刻t0且t0=0,记录存储时刻t0=0的车辆的初始行驶速度V0,初始行驶距离S0=0;记录并存储车辆实时速度Vt,记录并存储车辆累计行程St;判断T>ΔT是否成立,若是,则t'=T‑ΔT;否则t'=t0=0;计算第一速度差值ΔV1=Vmax1‑VT;判断ST>ΔS是否成立,若是,则S'=ST‑ΔS;否则S'=S0=0;计算第二速度差值ΔV2=Vmax2‑V;判断第一速度差值ΔV1≥Va是否成立;若是,则风险较高;否则,转而判断第二速度差值ΔV2≥Vb是否成立,若是,则风险较高;否则,风险相对低。该方法所有的计算参数都由自身车辆确定,且作出风险判断的时间更早,留给主动安全装置、驾驶员或其它车辆做出响应的时间更长。
