The invention discloses an automobile aluminum wheel manufacturing method based on a pressure applying and welding technology.     本发明公开了一种基于施压与焊接技术的汽车铝轮制造方法,铝轮包括辐板和轮辋,其特征是,包括以下步骤:A、辐板加工成型;将铝板卷成圆筒,对铝板两端的缝隙进行搅拌摩擦焊接;B、轮辋施压成型;C、轮辋T6处理;D、辐板与成型的轮辋通过搅拌摩擦焊接的方式连接成型;还公开了一种汽车铝轮,采用上述基于施压与焊接技术的汽车铝轮制造方法成型,包括辐板,辐板的两端分别设有第一轮辋和第二轮辋,第一轮辋和第二轮辋通过搅拌摩擦焊接的方式与辐板连接。本发明的好处是降低了生产成本;实现了产品的轻量化,比传统的滤料重力要轻30%;增强了产品的强度和韧性。
