The test device (100) comprises a driving mechanism (10), a rotating shaft (20), a rotating arm (30), an adjusting mechanism (40), a fixing mechanism (50) and a control mechanism (102). The adjusting mechanism (40) being used for positioning the rotating arm (30) when the rotating arm (30) rotates to a preset angle relative to the rotating shaft (20) such that the rotating arm (30) is maintained at a position of the preset angle; the control mechanism (102) can control the driving mechanism (10) to rotate at a preset rotating speed so as to test the mechanical performance of the to-be-tested device (200) at a preset acceleration; the preset acceleration is adjusted by adjusting the preset angle and/or the preset rotating speed of the rotating arm (30) relative to the rotating shaft (20); the fixing mechanism (50) is arranged at one end of the rotating arm (30) and used for fixing the device to be tested (200), and the device to be tested (200) is installed on the fixing mechanism (50) so that the testing device (100) can test the mechanical performance of the device to be tested (200).
