The invention provides a seamless connection track capable of being bent horizontally. The seamless connection track comprises a front track, a rear track and a connection structure. The connecting structure comprises a hinge device and a connecting device; the hinge device comprises a first hinge column and a second hinge column, and the first hinge column is arranged on the second hinge column; the connecting device comprises two connecting rails and two connecting beams; the front side of the first hinge column is connected with the front track through one connecting rail, and the rear side of the first hinge column is connected with the rear track through the other connecting rail; and the two connecting beams are located on the left side and the right side of the second hinge column correspondingly, the front ends of the connecting beams are connected with the rear end of the front track, the rear ends of the connecting beams are connected with the front end of the rear track, and the upper sides of the connecting beams are connected with the connecting rails. The connecting structure is arranged at the joint of the front track and the rear track, the front track and the rear track can rotate around the hinge device, the distance between the tracks and the hinge device is kept within a certain range all the time, and it can be ensured that track-mounted equipment stably runs on the tracks.
