The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator counterweight frames, and particularly relates to an elevator counterweight frame assembling structure. The elevator counterweight frame assembling structure comprises a frame structure, counterweight block side face fixing pieces and counterweight block top face fixing pieces, the frame structure comprises a top beam, side beam assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the top beam, and a bottom beam is arranged at the bottoms of the side beam assemblies. The top beam, the side beam assemblies and the bottom beam are fastened through bolts, a rope wheel is installed in the top beam, a middle beam is fixed between the side beam assemblies, the middle beam is fixed between the top beam and the bottom beam through bolts, so that the size of a single corresponding counterweight block is reduced, workers can conveniently carry the counterweight block, the counterweight block is quickly mounted in a counterweight frame, so that the labor intensity is reduced, the carrying risk is reduced, the bearing capacity of side beams is increased, and the dangerous deformation condition of the side beams is avoided; and meanwhile, a counterweight mounting opening is sealed by using a counterweight side fixing piece, so that the stability of the counterweight block is enhanced from the side surface while the middle beam is reinforced.

    本发明属于电梯对重框技术领域,尤其为一种电梯对重框架组装结构,包括框架结构、对重块侧面固定件和对重块顶面固定件,所述框架结构包括顶梁,所述顶梁两侧均设置有侧梁组件,所述侧梁组件底部设置有底梁,所述顶梁、所述侧梁组件和所述底梁之间均通过螺栓紧固,所述顶梁内部安装有绳轮,所述侧梁组件之间固定有中梁,所述中梁通过螺栓固定于所述顶梁和所述底梁之间,减少单块对应对重块的体积,方便工人搬运对重块,将对重块快速安装进入对重框架内,降低劳动强度,减少搬运风险,增加了侧梁的承重力,以免发生危险侧梁变形的状况;同时利用对重块侧面固定件封住对重块安装口,加固中梁的同时,从侧面加固对重块的稳定性。
