The invention discloses an elevator outer frame stall protection device. The device comprises a mounting plate and four protection columns, the two sides of the top end of the mounting plate are each fixedly connected with two elevator cars, the middle of the top end of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with an elevator car, and sliding grooves are formed in the bottoms of the four protection columns; and the top ends of the four sliding grooves are fixedly connected with hydraulic columns, the bottom ends of the four hydraulic columns are rotationally connected with protection mechanisms, and the bottom end at one side of each of the four protection columns is fixedly connected with a supporting frame. When the running speed of an elevator exceeds a preset value, a controller controls the four hydraulic columns to extend to press one end of the four protection mechanisms downwards correspondingly; rollers retract inwards under extrusion of an elevator shaft and drive rotating shafts to move inwards, the rotating shafts drives gears at the two ends to get close to two toothed plates and to be finally meshed with the toothed plates, then the rollers stop rotating, friction is conducted between the rollers and the wall of the elevator shaft, the speed of the elevator is reduced, and the effect of protecting the elevator is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯外框架失速保护装置,包括安装板和四条防护柱,所述安装板顶端的两侧均固定连接有两条电梯轿厢,所述安装板顶端的中部固定连接有电梯轿厢,四条所述防护柱的底部均开设有滑槽,四个所述滑槽的顶端均固定连接有液压柱,四个所述液压柱的底端均转动连接有保护机构,四条所述防护柱一侧的底端均固定连接有支撑架,当电梯的运行速度超出预设值时,控制器控制四个液压柱伸长分别将四个保护机构的一端下压,滚轮受到电梯井的挤压向内回缩,并带动转轴向内移动,转轴带动两端的齿轮向两个齿板靠近并最终啮合,进而使滚轮停止转动,滚轮与电梯井壁进行摩擦从而降低电梯的速度,起到保护电梯的作用。
