The invention provides a rotor wing tilting mechanism which is suitable for driving a rotor wing module to change a space angle and comprises a driving assembly, a worm and gear transmission assembly and a rotor wing tilting shaft. The worm gear and worm transmission assembly comprises a tilting worm gear and a tilting worm, the tilting worm is connected with the output end of the driving assembly, and the tilting worm gear is meshed with the tilting worm; the rotor wing tilting shaft is connected with the tilting worm gear in a rotation stopping mode and suitable for being connected with a rotor wing module so as to rotate under driving of the driving assembly and the worm gear and worm transmission assembly to drive the rotor wing module to change the space angle. The driving assembly of the rotor wing tilting mechanism drives the rotor wing tilting shaft to rotate through the worm and gear transmission assembly, rotation of the rotor wing tilting shaft drives the rotor wing module to change the space angle, and the tilting angle of the rotor wing module can be stably controlled. The invention further provides a wing device, a flying car and flying equipment.
