The invention relates to a fatigue driving early warning method and device, and relates to the technical field of fatigue driving, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining vehicle driving real-time parameters and a steering wheel grip change value through monitoring, and the vehicle driving real-time parameters comprise an accelerator pedal real-time opening degree, a brake pedal real-time opening degree and a steering wheel real-time rotation angle; comparing the accelerator pedal real-time opening degree, the brake pedal real-time opening degree, the steering wheel real-time rotation angle and the steering wheel grip strength change value with the accelerator pedal pre-required opening degree, the brake pedal pre-required opening degree, the steering wheel pre-required rotation angle and the steering wheel grip strength change threshold value respectively, and obtaining corresponding parameter difference values; and when any parameter difference value exceeds a corresponding parameter difference permission threshold value, performing fatigue driving alarm according to a preset working process. The driving state is judged based on the actual driving operation and the grip change of the steering wheel, effective early warning is performed when the driver is in the fatigue driving state, and the driving safety is improved in an active intervention mode.
