The invention relates to an electric vehicle intelligent charging pile device capable of remotely adjusting power and a system thereof. The electric vehicle intelligent charging pile device comprises a panel, an upper cover, a core plate and an outer shell. An opening is formed in the top surface of the outer shell and is matched and connected with the upper cover to form an outer frame; a panel is arranged on the upper cover, and a gun base is arranged below the panel on the upper cover; a core board is arranged in the outer shell, and a communication board is arranged on the core board; the inner wall of one side face of the outer shell is provided with a scram button interface, and the outer wall of the side face of the outer shell is correspondingly provided with a scram button. A miniature circuit breaker and a through-wall terminal are arranged opposite to the side face of the outer shell and are sealed on the side face of the outer shell through a side cover plate. The outer shell is further provided with a gun wiring port and a power line wiring port. The device has the function of changing the charging power online, resources are reasonably distributed, and waste is avoided.
