The invention relates to a control board heterogeneous redundant suspension controller. The input ends of a first control board and a second control board are connected with a sensor of a maglev train, the output ends of the first control board and the second control board are connected with a main control board, and the main control board generates control current to act on an electromagnet of the maglev train; the first control board is provided with a life signal sending interface, the second control board is provided with a life signal receiving interface connected with the life signal sending interface, and the second control board is further provided with a switching enable signal output interface connected with the main control board. Compared with the prior art, the dual-backup redundancy design of the first control board and the second control board is used, the two control boards share one main control board, only one control board needs to be switched to the other control board when the fault occurs, and the problem of great weight increment caused by the redundancy design is avoided on the premise that the suspension control reliability is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种控制板异构冗余的悬浮控制器,第一控制板和第二控制板的输入端连接磁浮列车的传感器,第一控制板和第二控制板的输出端连接主控板,主控板产生控制电流作用于磁浮列车的电磁铁,第一控制板上设有生命信号发送接口,第二控制板上设有与生命信号发送接口相连的生命信号接收接口,第二控制板上还设有连接主控板的切换使能信号输出接口。与现有技术相比,本发明使用了第一控制板和第二控制板双备份冗余设计,两个控制板共用一个主控板,只需在一个控制板故障时切换至另一个控制板即可,在保证悬浮控制可靠性的前提下避免了冗余设计导致的大幅增重问题。
