The invention discloses a buoy-based tide level observation and forecasting method, which comprises the steps of tide level observation and tide level forecasting, and the tide level observation comprises the step that a GNSS antenna at the top of a buoy receives a satellite signal; a buoy horizontal coordinate and GNSS antenna phase center height program sequence are solved; the height sequence is corrected by using the dynamic draft depth sequence; the tide level forecasting comprises the steps of decomposing an obtained hourly tide level sequence into superposition of different partial tides, analyzing and calculating a harmonic constant of each partial tide, and then calculating the tide level of each partial tide in future time by using the calculated harmonic constants and carrying out superposition; and meanwhile, carrying out quality evaluation on the forecast tide level, if the requirement is not met, adding observed data to carry out calculation of a new harmonic constant, and then using the new harmonic constant for forecasting the tide level. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the tidal level is forecasted while the tidal level is observed by using the buoy, and the harmonic constant can be corrected in real time, so that the aim of more accurate forecasting is fulfilled.

    本发明公开了一种基于浮标的潮位观测及预报方法,包括潮位观测和潮位预报,所述潮位观测包括浮标顶部的GNSS天线接收卫星信号;求解浮标水平坐标和GNSS天线相位中心高程序列;并利用动态吃水深度序列对高程序列进行校正;所述潮位预报包括将已获取的逐时潮位序列分解为不同分潮的叠加,分析计算各个分潮的调和常数,然后使用计算得到的调和常数来计算未来时间的各个分潮的潮位并进行叠加;同时对预报潮位进行质量评估,若不符合要求,则增加观测的数据进行新的调和常数的计算,然后使用新的调和常数来进行潮位预报。本发明所公开的方法利用浮标在潮位观测的同时,进行潮位的预报,并且能实时修正调和常数,进行更为准确的预报的目的。
