    本发明公开了一种手扳葫芦用换向棘轮与长轴的传动螺纹改进结构,属于手扳葫芦技术领域。换向棘轮制有螺纹孔,长轴车削加工有外螺纹,换向棘轮安装在长轴的该外螺纹上,二者传动螺纹配合,螺纹孔的螺纹线数为4,导程为8;外螺纹的螺纹线数为4,导程为8。采用上述技术方案后的本发明,当需要产生摩擦传动时,合理数量的螺纹线数与导程反而提高了旋合摩擦力,换向棘轮对制动器其摩擦片的轴向正压力充分,摩擦传动佳不会伴随出现打滑现象,从而确保了传动性能,相应地摩擦片的使用寿命长;在制动脱开切换过程中,仅仅需小幅度轻轻地反转手柄即就能轻易地实现制动脱开,而无须过多的螺纹线数、导程,进而不致于影响再次切换到摩擦传动时的性能。
