Through the moving plate on the second plug, the motor and the blowing fan blades in the moving plate and the fixing cylinder on the moving plate, the moving plate can be stored in the second plug, and when the second plug is inserted into the electric vehicle, the moving plate is unfolded through the fixing rod, and the inner wall of the charging groove of the electric vehicle is clamped by utilizing the spring and the fixing cylinder on the moving plate, so that the plug is fixed; and the motor can be started to drive the motor shaft through the motor and the blowing fan blades in the moving plate, and the motor shaft is utilized to drive the blowing fan blades to blow air to cool the charging position.
