The invention belongs to the field of steel plate hoisting, and particularly relates to hoisting equipment for a special-shaped steel plate. The hoisting equipment comprises a hoisting cylinder, a hoisting rope A, a plurality of winding wheels, electric driving modules, a hoisting rope B and fixture mechanisms, the hoisting cylinder mounted on the hoisting rope A of a crane is internally provided with a plurality of winding wheels which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the central axis of each winding wheel is vertical to the central axis of the hoisting cylinder. Each winding wheel is driven by an independent electric driving module to rotate. The special-shaped steel plate with an irregular shape and an uncertain gravity center is effectively hoisted through the two fixture mechanisms mounted at the tail end of each hoisting rope B, so that the steel plate with the gravity center is always in a horizontal state in the hoisting process, the situation that the steel plate is not in a horizontal state in the hoisting process and damages part of clamp mechanisms which are abnormally stressed is avoided, so that the hoisting safety of the special-shaped steel plate is improved, and meanwhile, the situation that the steel plate is not in the horizontal state after falling and seriously damages the ground is avoided.
