The invention relates to a power generation and storage system, in particular to a water, wind and light combined type marine power generation and storage system. The system comprises a wind power collection device, a hydraulic power collection device and a solar energy collection device, the rear end of the wind power collection device is connected with a wind power transmission device, the rear end of the wind power transmission device is connected with a wind power generator, the rear end of the wind power generator is connected with a wind power controller, the rear end of the hydraulic power collection device is connected with a hydraulic power transmission device, the rear end of the hydraulic transmission device is connected with a hydroelectric generator, the rear end of the hydroelectric generator is connected with a hydroelectric generation controller, the rear end of the solar collection device is connected with a solar controller, and the rear ends of the wind power controller, the hydroelectric generation controller and the solar controller are jointly connected with a storage battery pack, and the rear end of the storage battery pack is connected with an inverter and a direct-current load. Water, wind and light energy is converted into storage battery energy, power is supplied to the ship through the storage battery, a large amount of fuel cost is saved for the ship, and the carbon emission is reduced.
