The invention provides a mobile energy storage vehicle which comprises a compartment, an energy storage device and a temperature control system, and the temperature control system and the energy storage device are both arranged in the compartment; the temperature control system comprises an air conditioning device and an air inducing pipeline, and an air inlet of the air inducing pipeline is communicated with an air outlet of the air conditioning device; air outlets of the air inducing pipeline are evenly distributed along one side of the energy storage device so that outlet air can be evenly sent to all areas of the energy storage device. According to the mobile energy storage vehicle, the consistency of the overall temperature in the compartment can be guaranteed, the optimal environment is provided for operation of the energy storage device and the mobile energy storage vehicle, the use and maintenance efficiency of the mobile energy storage vehicle can be remarkably improved, the manpower cost, the energy consumption cost and the like during use and maintenance are effectively saved; meanwhile, the energy storage device can be quickly mounted and dismounted, manpower and material resources consumed during maintenance, replacement and mounting of all parts are reduced, the use cost is reduced, the use efficiency is improved, and the use safety and the expansibility of the application field are both considered.
