The invention discloses an adaptive guide rail pressing plate and an elevator guide rail assembly. The special design combination of an upper pressing plate, a lower pressing plate and fasteners meets the requirements of installation, adjustment and positioning. Surface contact is changed into point contact, and friction force is reduced. The adaptive guide rail pressing plate comprises a pressing guide plate assembly used for clamping and fixing a wing edge of a guide rail. The pressing guide plate assembly comprises an upper pressing plate, a lower pressing plate, a first bolt and a second bolt. A first through hole is formed at the inner side of one end edge of the upper pressing plate, a second through hole is formed at one side of the first through hole, and a first protruding block protrudes out of the lower surface of the other end edge of the upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is bent into a Z shape and comprises a first plate body, the edge of the first plate body extends and is bent to form a second plate body, the edge of a third plate body extends and is bent to form a third plate body, a third through hole is formed in the first plate body, and a fourth through hole is formed in the third plate body; and the upper pressing plate is attached to the first plate body, and the first bolt penetrates through the first through hole and the third through hole and is screwed with a first nut to be fixed.
