The invention relates to a composite material propeller blade root connecting structure which comprises a hub lower plate, a hub upper plate, a nut, a gasket, a propeller sleeve, a blade handle, a carbon fiber composite material and a skin. Two seams parallel to the axial direction are formed in the front end of the paddle sleeve; the nut is in threaded fit with the other end part of the blade handle, the nut is rotated to push the paddle sleeve to move axially, and the skin and the carbon fiber composite material are pressed on the inverted conical surface of one end part of the blade handle through the inner conical surface; the hub lower plate and the hub upper plate tighten the paddle sleeve, so that the paddle sleeve deforms to tighten and fix the skin, the carbon fiber composite material and the blade handle at the neck part. The propeller composite blade and propeller root connecting structure is particularly suitable for small propellers, meets the design requirements for strength and rigidity of the propellers, and achieves the purposes that the blades are convenient to mount and dismount, mounting and positioning are accurate, and the mounting angle is easy to adjust.
