The invention discloses a tractor fault early warning system based on Internet-of-things, relates to the technical field of tractor fault early warning, and solves the technical problem of high fault prediction work intensity caused by the fact that parameter indexes of tractors cannot be screened in the prior art. Parameters of the tractor are analyzed and screened through a parameter analysis unit, and therefore the tractors are monitored, sample tractors are analyzed, key indexes corresponding to the sample tractors are screened, abnormal key indexes of fault tractors are obtained, and then the fault key indexes are divided into time extraction monitoring indexes and real-time monitoring indexes according to weight values corresponding to the fault key indexes. The key indexes of the tractor are distinguished and screened, the working intensity of tractor fault early warning is reduced, the accuracy of fault early warning is improved, and the situation that the system monitors the indexes which have little influence on the tractor, the fault early warning efficiency is reduced, and cost is wasted is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的拖拉机故障预警系统,涉及拖拉机故障预警技术领域,解决了现有技术中不能够对拖拉机的参数指标进行筛选导致故障预测工作强度大的技术问题,通过参数分析单元对拖拉机的参数进行分析筛选,从而对拖拉机进行监测,对样本拖拉机进行分析,将样本拖拉机对应的关键指标进行筛选,获取到故障拖拉机的异常关键指标,随后根据故障关键指标对应的权重值,将故障关键指标划分为抽时监测指标和实时监测指标,对拖拉机的关键指标进行区分筛选,减少拖拉机故障预警的工作强度,提高故障预警的准确性,防止系统对拖拉机影响不大的指标进行监测,造成故障预警效率降低,浪费成本。
