The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction instruments, and discloses an anti-shaking structure of a rail-mounted beam lifter. A cross beam supporting structure is installed at the lower end of a cross beam, and a roller bracket is fixed at the lower end of the cross beam supporting structure; a rotating shaft is fixed on the roller bracket through a bearing, and a roller is fixed on the rotating shaft through a connecting key; a control structure and a sliding rail are installed at the upper side of the cross beam, and a movable lifting structure is slidably connected to the sliding rail; the cross beam supporting structure is provided with a rear side cross beam supporting rod and a front side cross beam supporting rod, and a first supporting rod is installed between the rear side cross beam supporting rod and the front side cross beam supporting rod; and a transverse hydraulic rod is installed in the middle of the first supporting rod, a vertical hydraulic rod is installed at the end of the transverse hydraulic rod, and a clamping plate is installed on the vertical hydraulic rod. According to the anti-shaking structure, the bridge can be effectively prevented from shaking, and the stability of the bridge in the transportation and installation process is improved; and meanwhile, the corresponding safety coefficient is improved.

    本发明属于桥梁施工器械技术领域,公开了一种轨道式提梁机的防晃结构,横梁下端安装有横梁支撑结构,横梁支撑结构下端固定有滚轮支架;滚轮支架通过轴承固定有转动轴,转动轴上通过连接键固定有滚轮;横梁上侧安装有控制结构,横梁上侧安装有滑轨,滑轨上滑接有移动提升结构;横梁支撑结构设置有后侧横梁支撑杆和前侧横梁支撑杆,后侧横梁支撑杆和前侧横梁支撑杆之间安装有第一支撑杆;第一支撑杆中间位置安装有横向液压杆,横向液压杆端部安装有竖向液压杆,竖向液压杆安装有夹紧板。本发明可以有效防止桥梁产生晃动,提高桥梁在运输安装过程中的稳定性;同时提高相应的安全系数。
