The invention discloses a mooring tower. The mooring tower comprises a tower arm, a base, a lifting mechanism and a winding mechanism. Wherein the base is provided with a first containing cavity, the tower arm is rotationally connected with the base, at least part of the lifting mechanism is located in the first containing cavity, the lifting mechanism drives the tower arm so that the tower arm can be in a first folded state and a second unfolded state, and the winding mechanism is arranged on the tower arm so as to conduct winding and unwinding operation on a mooring ball. The invention discloses anchoring equipment which comprises the mooring tower, a control unit and a rotating platform, the control unit is connected with the mooring tower, the control unit controls the mooring tower to be in the first state or the second state, and the mooring tower is arranged on the rotating platform. The lifting mechanism is partially located in the first containing cavity, so that the structural size of the mooring tower is reduced, the space occupied by the mooring tower is reduced, and the utilization rate of the rotating platform is increased.
