An overpass station combining a standard double-layer island type underground excavation station body and a single-hole underground excavation overpass line comprises the standard double-layer island type underground excavation station body and single-layer overpass sections which are located outside the range of the station body, independently arranged on the two sides of the station body and are of a single-hole underground excavation type. The overpass section and the bottom layer of the station body are the same in height and length, the two sides in the bottom layer of the station body are main lines where the round-trip stations run, the middle of the bottom layer of the station body is a platform, one-way overpass lines are arranged in the overpass section, and the one-way overpass lines are in the same direction as the main lines where the round-trip stations on the same side run. Compared with an original underground excavation large-span multi-arch scheme, the region scale is saved by about 30%, and the use function of the station is not affected; the construction risk and difficulty are greatly reduced; and the total project investment cost is effectively saved.
