The coal bunker cleaning robot is simple in structure and reasonable in design, adopts negative pressure adsorption on the coal bunker, and sweeps the coal bunker while walking, and the cleaning efficiency is high.

    本发明涉及一种履带式负压爬壁煤仓清仓机器人,属于煤仓清扫设备技术领域,包括车架及安装在车架两侧的行走机构以及安装在车架前端的固定架,固定架上安装有清扫机构;行走机构的履带组件安装在车架的两侧,且履带组件内置负压腔,履带组件的行走面上安装有多个海绵吸盘,每个海绵吸盘的负压槽底部均设置有进气口,进气口上安装有控制阀,进气口与负压腔相连通,车架上安装有三通气管,三通气管的两侧进气口分别与负压腔相连通,固定架上安装有激光雷达,车架的后部安装有无线通信模块,履带组件和激光雷达分别通过无线通信模块与主控器相连接,本发明结构简单,设计合理,采用负压吸附在煤仓上,边行走边清扫煤仓,清扫效率高。
