The invention discloses a wireless charging safety monitoring method and system which is applied to the technical field of wireless charging. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a charging request of a to-be-charged battery, wherein the charging request comprises a battery state parameter; determining at least one charging strategy according to the charging request; monitoring by updating the battery state parameters in the charging process, and comparing the battery state parameters with a preset threshold value; if the battery state parameters are not in the range of the preset threshold value, correcting the charging strategy; and if the battery state parameters are within the range of the preset threshold value, disconnecting until the charging is completed. According to the wireless charging safety monitoring method and system disclosed by the invention, through the preset charging strategy, the charging strategy is continuously updated according to the residual electric quantity of a battery in the charging process, so that the charging is ensured to be in a safe state in the preset charging strategy, and the conditions of overlarge current, overlarge voltage and the like are avoided.
