The invention discloses a smart traffic roadside parking management method and system. A traffic management system is enabled to automatically connected with a vehicle management system of a vehicle through a network disposed in an area where the roadside position belongs when the vehicle is driven into the roadside position of a road, and if not, an alarm is sent to a user of the vehicle; meanwhile, the traffic management system sends information about whether parking is allowed or not and information about a designated virtual parking position to the vehicle management system according to the road section where the vehicle is located; in addition, when the vehicle is driven away from the roadside position, the traffic management system sends parking fees and information of an electronic payment mode to the vehicle management system. According to the scheme, the roadside position of the public road can be supervised and managed at any time, so that the problem that the vehicles are randomly parked on the public road can be effectively solved, and the problem that the vehicles are many and the parking spaces are few can be solved by reasonably and effectively utilizing the roadside position of the public road.

    本发明公开一种智慧交通的路侧停车管理方法及系统,其中,当车辆驶进道路的路侧位置处,设置在路侧位置处所属区域的网络会使交通管理系统自动连接该车辆的车辆管理系统,如若不能,则会向该车辆用户发出警告;同时,交通管理系统会根据该车辆所在路段向车辆管理系统发送是否允许停留的信息以及指定停放的虚拟停车位置的信息;另外,当该车辆被驶离该路侧位置处时,交通管理系统会向车辆管理系统发送停车费用以及电子支付方式的信息。由于本发明方案可以随时地对公共道路的路侧位置进行监管管理,因此,不但可以有效地解决了车辆随意在公共道路乱停乱放的问题,而且,还能通过合理有效地利用公共道路的路侧位置而解决了车辆多而停车位少的问题。
