The invention provides a multi-body low-gravity simulation device and a multi-body low-gravity simulation method in a vacuum thermal environment. The multi-body low-gravity simulation device comprises a supporting frame and a constant-tension suspension assembly, wherein a follow-up assembly capable of moving freely is arranged on the top of the supporting frame; the constant-tension suspension assembly is installed on the follow-up assembly and comprises a plurality of pull ropes and a matched constant-tension motor; and the follow-up assembly includes a position offset sensor for tracking an astronaut suspended by the constant-tension suspension assembly. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, multi-point suspension is carried out on the astronaut through the constant-tension suspension assembly, and dynamic suspension is carried out on the astronaut through the constant-tension motor, so that the astronaut can be in a state with a set gravity value; and meanwhile, the constant-tension suspension assembly is installed on the follow-up assembly, the astronaut can be tracked in cooperation with a position deviation sensor, the constant-tension suspension assembly is enabled to be located over the astronaut all the time, and then it is guaranteed that the tension received by the astronaut is in the vertical direction.
