The invention relates to the technical field of ship berthing, and discloses a fan-driven recoil anti-collision assembly for a stainless steel submersible. In the advancing process of the submersible body, water flow drives a driving rod to rotate through a fan, the driving rod drives a cutting plate to continuously cut magnetic induction lines generated by a first magnetic block and a second magnetic block, generated current is pre-stored through a flow guide frame, and the flow guide frame transmits the generated current to a battery for charging through a wire, so that the effects of performing automatic energy storage in the fan rotating process and prolonging the cruising ability of the storage battery are achieved.
