An anti-fatigue electric connection device comprises a carrier cable electric connection wire clamp, a contact wire electric connection wire clamp and an electric connection wire. The upper end of the electric connection wire is fixedly connected with a carrier cable through the carrier cable electric connection wire clamp, and the lower end of the electric connection wire is fixedly connected with a contact wire through the contact wire electric connection wire clamp; the electric connection wire close to the carrier cable electric connection wire clamp is provided with a first wire protecting sleeve, and the first wire protecting sleeve is fixedly connected with the carrier cable through a first fixing wire clamp; and a second wire protecting sleeve is arranged on the electric connection wire close to the contact wire electric connection wire clamp, and the second wire protecting sleeve is fixedly connected with the contact wire through a second fixing wire clamp. According to the invention, by transferring the fatigue source of the electric connection wire, the radial vibration amplitude of the compression-induced damaged cross section of the electric connection wire is minimized under a vibration condition, and the material elasticity of a sheath is utilized to enhance the radial rigidity and axial elasticity of the cable at the fixed part of the undamaged cross section of the electric connection wire and improve the fatigue resistance of the fixed part of the electric connection wire.

    一种耐疲劳电连接装置,包括承力索电连接线夹、接触线电连接线夹、电连接线,所述电连接线上端通过承力索电连接线夹与承力索固定连接,电连接线下端通过接触线电连接线夹与接触线固定连接;在靠近承力索电连接线夹的电连接线上套装有第一护线套,所述第一护线套通过第一固定线夹与承力索固定连接;在靠近接触线电连接线夹的电连接线上套装有第二护线套,所述第二护线套通过第二固定线夹与接触线固定连接。本发明通过转移电连接线的疲劳源,在振动工况下,使电连接线压接受损截面处的径向振动幅度减至最小,并利用护套的材料弹性,增强电连接线未受损截面固定处线索径向的刚性和轴向的弹性,提高电连接线固定处的耐疲劳性能。
