The method comprises the following steps: identifying and acquiring vehicle information; performing pairing with the battery replacement station after the vehicle is parked at a designated position; after the vehicle and the battery replacement station are paired, enabling the vehicle and the battery replacement station to send handshake messages to each other at the same time; after the vehicle successfully shakes hands with the battery replacement station, enabling the vehicle and the battery replacement station to simultaneously send identification messages to each other; after mutual identification of the vehicle and the battery replacement station succeeds, enabling the battery replacement station to judge whether the current battery replacement station is in a battery replacement allowing state or not; after the vehicle enters a battery replacement preparation stage, sending a battery replacement request message to the battery replacement station; and enabling the battery replacement station to send a battery replacement start signal to the vehicle to start battery replacement. According to the battery replacement method between the electric vehicle with the Bluetooth module and the battery replacement station, a replaceable battery box can be safely and efficiently disassembled and assembled from the vehicle, and the life safety of a driver and working personnel of the battery replacement station is effectively guaranteed.
