The invention relates to a verification platform and a verification method for a safety monitoring management system of hoisting machinery. The verification platform comprises a hoisting machinery real-time simulation machine used for simulating the hoisting machinery; a real-time simulation machine control end used for generating a simulation control signal; a simulation monitor used for simulating a plurality of real object monitors which are arranged on the hoisting machinery and are used for monitoring operation parameters of the hoisting machinery, wherein the simulation motor receives simulation monitoring control signals which are output by the hoisting machinery real-time simulation machine and correspond to the real-time operation parameters of the hoisting machinery and the simulation monitor outputs monitoring signals corresponding to real-time operation parameters of the hoisting machinery; and a comparison verifier used for obtaining the real-time monitoring value of the hoisting machinery operation parameter obtained by processing the monitoring signal by the safety monitoring management system, and comparing the real-time operation parameter of the hoisting machinery with the real-time monitoring value of the hoisting machinery operation parameter to complete verification of the safety monitoring management system of the hoisting machinery. Compared with the prior art, the verification platform has the advantages of high efficiency, reliability, safety and the like.

    本发明涉及一种起重机械安全监控管理系统验证平台及验证方法,验证平台包括:起重机械实时仿真机:用于模拟起重机械;实时仿真机控制端:用于产生仿真控制信号;模拟监测器:用于模拟起重机械上若干用于监测起重机械运行参数的实物监测器,模拟监测器接收起重机械实时仿真机输出的对应于起重机械实时运行参数的模拟监测控制信号,模拟监测器输出对应于起重机械实时运行参数的监测信号;比对验证器:用于获取安全监控管理系统对监测信号并进行处理得到的起重机械运行参数实时监控值,将起重机械实时运行参数与起重机械运行参数实时监控值进行比对,完成对起重机械安全监控管理系统的验证。与现有技术相比,本发明具有高效、可靠、安全等优点。
