The invention belongs to the field of heat intensity tests of aircraft heat-proof structures, relates to a general control or regulation system, and particularly relates to a control method of a heat intensity test system. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring a heat flow curve of a heat intensity experiment, dividing the heat flow curve into multiple sections, acquiring each heat flow peak value in each section of the heat flow curve, and calculating a heat flow reference value of each section of the heat flow curve according to each heat flow peak value; step 2, determining a feed-forward coefficient, and calculating a feed-forward output value of each section of heat flow curve according to the feed-forward coefficient, the feed-forward output value being equal to a product of the feed-forward coefficient and a heat flow reference value; step 3, calculating a control output value of each section of heat flow curve according to the feed-forward output value; and step 4, the control system performing a heat intensity test according to the control output value of each section of heat flow curve. By reasonably determining the feedforward coefficient, the PID output and the weight of the feedforward control output, feedforward heat flow compensation control is realized, and the response speed and the control precision of a heat flow control system can be effectively improved.
